TIL about CRUD

CRUD = Create, Read, Update, Delete

Learned this from Zach in the Get Started with ElasticSearch webinar video.

Just today introduced to ElasticSearch by new teammates on a project through Code for Tampa Bay. The email introduction stated they chose to use an ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack instead of an AngularJS stack because only one person knew the latter.

So I’m learning this Elasticsearch thing which I’d never heard of an hour ago instead of diving into this AngularJS thing everyone talks about. Neato.

Learn – All Kinds of Resources about the Elastic platform o’ products including books, documentation, and videos.
