Very happy with my progress in learning the language but frustrated that I’m still able to do so little. Trying to ease that frustration, I found some tutorials (that were equally frustrating but I conquered them nonetheless) on PHP and MySQL. I created an HTML form (old skill), a database using phpMyAdmin and some PHP to connect them.
My list of ideas & projects is constantly growing–my skills just have to catch up.
After I complete Intro to JS: Drawing & Animation, I’ll sprint through Intro to HTML/CSS Webpages (just to say I did), and eagerly move onto the third class in Khan‘s Computer Programming track: Intro to SQL: Querying and Managing Data! Totally excited about that–far moreso than the other JS classes that follow it.
The Codecademy targets I’m most excited about are:
